Frances Lorraine Weingart of Kenosha Wisconsin passed away on October 8, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years Joseph G. Weingart who passed in 2012. She leaves behind her daughters Barbara Williams (husband Michael) of Virden IL, and Kristine Yudis of Kenosha WI, and her son Joseph W. Weingart of Milwaukee WI. Also, she leaves 7 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. No services are planned at this time.
